When you ask for a quote we receive what you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address if you add one, your town, and a description of the job. If you text us, we receive your message, your phone number and any photos you send.
Like any website, the company that hosts this site keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We may use privacy-focused visitor statistics that count page views without cookies and without identifying you.
How we use it
Only to answer your request: to contact you, quote the job, schedule the work and follow up on it. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Only the services needed to run this website and deliver your message to us (our web host, and the email or form service that forwards quote requests), or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to do and stand behind the work — including our 12-month guarantee — and to keep ordinary business records.
